About Dawn

A former columnist for The Cherokee Scout, Dawn's writing experience also includes copywriting for small businesses, writing a children's theater program, and creating various Bible studies for women.

After many years of desiring to write a novel, with support and encouragement from her husband, Nic, she decided it was finally time to chase her dream of becoming a published author.

​

Dawn is mom to three grown children and one well-loved fur child. A long-time resident in a small mountain town, Dawn now makes her home close to the beach in Charleston, South Carolina.  She relishes in sunny days, butterflies, bicycles, and anything that brings joy and beauty.
